YOUNG BARON: Well I’m an exceptional very talented charming young Ghanaian rapper or Hip hop artiste and a songwriter residing in Accra, Ghana. I do strictly hardcore hip hop or rap music and my kind of music is so unique and special.
L. SOJINI: How did you get into music?
YOUNG BARON: I’ve always wanted to do music since I love listening to Hip hop international superstars like Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Drake, Lil Baby, Lil Durk, Young Thug, Gunna, Polo G and Roddy Ricch, etc.
I mentioned Kanye West first because he inspired me to do music.
L. SOJINI: What do you think makes good music?
YOUNG BARON: Good music is all about wonderful songwriting and creativity to be precise.
L. SOJINI: What are your strengths and weaknesses as a musician?
YOUNG BARON: I have no weakness when it comes to delivering good music, henceforth I will say I’m a very extraordinary type of Hip hop/rap musician and very fluent as well. I will definitely be the best in the world soon.
L. SOJINI: What are you currently working on?Â
YOUNG BARON: I’m currently working on my sixth single and it’s even ready. Just planning to see when I can release it. It’s been only three months since I started doing music and already released five solid hard core Hip hop bangers which are really performing well on all digital streaming platforms.Â
L. SOJINI: How do you promote your music?
YOUNG BARON: There’s a saying that ‘hard shit needs no extra work’ and due to that, I don’t do deep promotion since I believed in my raw talent and normal or average type of promotion.
L. SOJINI: Favourite musician? Why?
YOUNG BARON: As I said earlier, my favorite musician is definitely Kanye West because he talks about God and commitment with God in his
music since I’m also a very good believer of Jesus Christ and God.
L. SOJINI: What’s your advice or message to fellow musicians?
YOUNG BARON: Here’s my message or advice to fellow musicians: believe in yourself and keep doing nothing but the best, and in no time, everything will fall into place. Â
