Meditations is a must, Coltrane had a lot to do with spirituality, he himself was a very radical and neurotic one, you can hear suffering in every wail, the anxious fast paced form only got more agressive, not the type of meditations that new age bullshit makes one expect, Coltrane pushed the boundaries of music and rejected not in form, but in spirit everything that didn't include love. Coltrane finally met Sanctity through the most extreme and gut wrenching way.
I liked your post very much, Coltrane definitely has a lot to do with rebellion, I mean, look at his later albums if you feel ready to.
Thanks Cristian. What later album would you suggest? And can you say a little bit about Coltrane and rebellion?
